Standing on Purpose MovementBack to the church platform

Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover the Standing on Purpose church platform (the "Leader Hub"), offered by Standing on Purpose Movement ("we," "us"). By signing up, your church ("you") agrees to them. Questions? Email hello@standingonpurposemovement.com.

1. The service

The Leader Hub helps churches and ministries manage people, worship services, events, check-ins, groups, giving records, messages, time away and outreach in one place. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature your plan depends on, we'll tell you ahead of time.

2. Plans and billing

Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and are charged to the payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply. If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your account.

3. One-time setup fee

New accounts pay a one-time $199 setup fee. It covers setting up your account, setting up online giving and training your staff. We may waive the setup fee at our discretion, for example as part of an offer made on your demo.

4. Failed payments and paused access

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll let you know by email and try the payment again. If it still hasn't been paid 7 days after the due date, access to your account is paused until the balance is paid. Pausing doesn't delete your church's information. Once the payment is updated, access is restored.

5. Cancelling

There's no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@standingonpurposemovement.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep access until then. You won't be charged again after that.

6. Refunds

7. Online giving

Gifts made through the platform are processed by a third-party payment processor and go to your church's account. Standard card and bank processing fees apply to each gift. Your church is responsible for how it uses donations and for the accuracy of any giving statements or tax receipts it sends to donors.

8. Your church's information

The information your church enters (members, visitors, children, attendance, giving records and so on) belongs to your church. You're responsible for having permission to store it and for keeping your logins private. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. After you cancel, we keep your information for 90 days so you can come back or ask for a copy, and then we may delete it.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't use the platform to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or try to access another church's account or our systems without permission. We may pause or close accounts that do.

10. Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the platform running and your information safe, but the service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
