Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Standing on Purpose Movement ("we," "us") collects through this website and the church platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@standingonpurposemovement.com.
Information we collect
- When you book a demo or contact us: your name, email, church name, role and the answers you give on the booking form.
- When your church signs up: the account owner's name and contact details, and billing details. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Information your church enters: members, visitors, children, attendance, serving schedules, giving records and messages. This information belongs to your church. We store and process it only to provide the service to your church.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical details such as your browser type and IP address to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To run your demo, set up your account and provide the platform
- To bill your subscription and send receipts and payment notices
- To answer questions and provide support
- To keep the service secure and improve it
We do not sell your information, and we don't use your church's member data for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform, and only as needed. These include Stripe (payments), Calendly (demo scheduling), Zoom (demo calls), Zoho (email) and our website and data hosting providers. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children's information
Churches may enter children's names, classrooms, allergy or medical notes and pickup codes for check-in. Only your church's authorized leaders can see this information. We use it only to provide check-in for your church.
How long we keep it
We keep your church's information while your account is active. After you cancel, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back or request a copy, and then we may delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing us.
Security
We use secure, encrypted connections and limit access to your information to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login private and let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@standingonpurposemovement.com. If your information was entered by your church, we may refer your request to your church.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll let account owners know by email.
